Thera-LINK product overview

Thera-LINK is a cloud-based telehealth platform aimed towards private practitioners, small group practices, and treatment centers in mental and behavioral health, substance abuse, and more. It is HIPAA-compliant and features file sharing, secure messaging, client/session notes, scheduling, video, electronic payments, and an online directory listing for clients. It also provides office manager accounts and custom waiting rooms with music to support a therapeutic experience for patients. The system securely stores all messages detailing conversations with colleagues, staff members, and clients. Users can also upload and share files with their clients. Health professionals are given detailed views of client profiles which include reports, appointment history and notes, session durations, personal data, and payment amounts. Providers can make client payment requests at any time or just before the a session starts. All the patient needs do is click the “Pay Now” button to make payments online. Health professionals are also given a calendar with easy scheduling features, appointment reminders ,and more. Thera-LINK provides browser protection through its content security policy that includes an automatic session logout system.

Thera-LINK provides a calendar that is clean and easy to use for everything from recurring appointments, reminders, and allowing clients to request appointments from provider websites to Thera-LINK. Providers can set their availability for both online or in office and link to the Client Scheduler from their own website. New clients are automatically added to provider practices and sent a welcome email. Appointment requests can be approved from the dashboard. Providers can choose the imagery and music they wish to populate their customizable waiting rooms. Clients are directed to these waiting rooms until the provider lets them into their session.

Client and session note taking

Thera-LINK allows healthcare providers to easily take customizable notes after a session.

Easy payment

Patients can pay their health providers prior to joining the session by simply clicking the “Pay Now” button. Providers can also request payment from their clients at any time.
