About TSheets

TSheets is a mobile time clock solution that tracks employee hours, creates weekly schedules, and integrates with payroll solutions. Employees can clock in and out on their desktop, laptop, or mobile phone, using iPhone or Android apps, text messaging, or dial in. If employees are offline or out of service, TSheets accurately tracks time and automatically syncs when back in range. 

TSheets tracks employee hours and manages employee PTO, including request for time off. Employees can request time off directly through the mobile app, and managers can approve the request from anywhere. Managers can also set customizable overtime alerts that notify relevant party members when daily or weekly hourly limits approach. Team members can track timesheets from any location, using any device, in real time. 

Managers use TSheets to complete weekly scheduling duties. Schedules can be created and edited quickly through the mobile app. Managers can see who is available in real time and notify employees of schedule changes, assignments, and immediate openings with text, email, or push notifications. Schedules can also be copied from week-to-week, and managers have access to edit schedules privately before employees view at the publishing stage. 

TSheets customizable notification system alerts employees whenever their shift has changed, added, dropped, or is about to begin. Managers assign job codes to correspond with duties and payroll information. Alerts also notify managers when employees haven’t clocked in for a scheduled shift, and everything can be synced with Apple iCal, Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar. 

Managers can review employee timesheets remotely, and approve them through the web-based software. Approved employee timesheets can be sent through QuickBooks integration for employee payroll.  TSheets time tracking software integrates with many payroll and accounting software solutions, includingQuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, PayChex, Sage, and more. Export online timesheets automatically to send via email or save to a desktop.
