Doxy.me’s free plan includes unlimited sessions, minutes, and a personalized room URL. Providers have access to the company’s Android and iOS apps that includes low definition video. This is a good starting point for those just getting started with telemedicine.
The Professional and Clinic plans include standard or high definition video and audio only calls in addition to what is offered in the free plan.
All the features a provider needs to manage telemedicine operations is included in the free plan including a waiting room, patient queue, text chat, meeting histories, and browser notifications.
With the Professional and Clinic plans, providers also get room passcodes, the ability to edit the waiting room, and text/email notifications.
