About BNTouch Mortgage CRM
BNTouch is a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that was developed specifically for the mortgage industry. Since it was founded in August 2004, BNTouch has worked with over 1,000 companies in the mortgage industry with employees ranging from 1 to 1,000. The goal of the company is to help mortgage companies carry consistent marketing messages and to boost ROI by showing clients where their money is going and how it can be most effectively used.
There are three different sizes of packages that companies can purchase with BNTouch. The first two, Pro and Expert, are the same in functionality with one exception. With the Pro Version, there is a limit of 2,500 records, after which the client will be automatically upgraded to the Expert Version. The Managed version is meant for larger companies and includes database management, marketing management, data import, campaign setup, and automation setup. All three versions offer lead management and marketing, post-funded marketing, and partner marketing. They all have a comprehensive dashboard setup which reminds users of everything from where clients are in the lead cycle to when their birthdays are. BNTouch can be synchronized with loan origination software, such as Calyx Point and Ellie Mae Encompass. There is comprehensive training available on the system, and the option to do custom integrations as well.
Kinecta, a federal credit union with over 100 accounts, needed to provide centralized email marketing, establish control of the content of their email marketing, and increase loan production by allowing loan officers to market directly to its database. It took two months to implement BNTouch, and since then it has been able to create a library of dozens of emails. Kinecta is able to customize and control its email content and facilitate overall better marketing and customer reltionships.
