Formed in 2009, AgentCubed was developed as a lead management tool as well as a customer relationship management (CRM) solution for the insurance industry. It offers three different cloud-based products that cater to the needs of either agents, agencies, or call centers. AgentCubed provides free product demos, and its agency and call center solutions can be customized to the specific needs of the client depending on how many individuals will be using the system.
The Agent product was designed to help independent insurance agents maximize profits while minimizing effort. It offers instant access to leads, calendars, sales contacts, and quoting tools and also offers event-driven automated emails to keep contact with customers around the clock. Its data analytic feature provides a concrete way to measure performance and profitability, more effectively target sales and capture leads, cross-sell with ease, and provide top-notch customer service. The AgentCubed Agency solution makes it easy to share information across the breadth of an agency for maximizing group productivity. It provides real-time integration to lead providers and strengthens the management of lead pipelines. By focusing on automation and the ability to free up agents’ time to sell, the Call Center solution offers the most robust environment to the greatest number of users.
A principal insurance agency was having problems with a “cookie-cutter” CRM solution that was not specifically tailored to the business processes of an insurance agency. This CRM only focused on lead capture and fell short with insurance client management and the needs of insurance agents.
