ActiveCampaign is a Marketing Automation software that compiles customer information from email addresses, and uses it to generate leads. ActiveCampaign automates marketing channels using contacts’ personal and behavioral data.
From just an email address, ActiveCampaign can fetch a contact’s age, gender, location, interests, and social profiles. ActiveCampaign allows users to import existing contacts from a file or another CRM service. The ActiveCampaign contact management features can be used to find and work on contacts; view the full history of a contact, pulled from all connected platforms, on a single screen. Data driven segmentation allows users to segment contacts by data, campaign interactions, activity on site, and interests/social data. Use segments to explore contacts, send targeted campaigns, and affect automations.
This Marketing Automation software enables targeting of specific groups of contacts. Segment marketing by demographics, location, behavior, custom fields, and tags, enabling the exact contacts to be pinpointed. Segments can be saved for reuse, and messages can be customized per contact, using conditional content, so that each contact receives a tailored message. Team members can follow up with contacts based on automated actions regarding emails, actions, time within deals and stages, and website browsing history. ActiveCampaign integrates with more than 150 platforms, such as Dropbox, WordPress, Google Contacts, PieSync, Shopify, and social media networks.
