GoToConnect provides a virtual answering service, similar to a contact center, without the cost and logistics of hiring a live answering service or receptionist working 24/7. The auto-attendant feature can be used to set up automatic greetings for callers and can be programmed to route calls directly to specific employees, departments, extension numbers, or phones (including a remote team or virtual office).
The Visual Dial Plan Editor also allows you to create an unlimited number of auto-attendants.
