CoConstruct is a cloud-based project management software designed for custom home builders and remodelers looking manage their projects. CoConstruct is built around three overarching, feature-rich themes: coordinating projects, communicating with clients and crew, and controlling brand financials. CoConstruct’s all-in-one tools include one-time data entry that auto-populates plugged information to flow through the estimate, specs, selections, bids, proposals, change orders, budgets, and to and from QuickBooks.
Coordinating features include scheduling, punch list, warranty, bidding, job log, a time clock, and mobile capabilities. Users can manage all of project activities, for all, company-wide projects, from one spot with drag-and-drop simplicity. Coordination templates allow users to copy from a specific project, build their own, or import a template from another system. Templates include advanced configuration for profit, taxes, contingency, and more. Users can create custom flags that report on issues like late subs and missing orders to spot recurring issues on projects. CoConstruct’s full integration removes needs for double-entry between systems. Estimate, specs, selections, budget and Quickbooks are all tied in together and accessible on one platform.
Communication features include lead tracking and contact information, proposals, change orders, bidding, custom branding, and more. Managers can track lead details, activity history, upcoming tasks, and contact information. User-created categories and score cards automate stronger leads, and integrated task lists prioritize communication tasks for crew members. Manage client change orders and expense tracking online with CoConstruct’s cloud platform; once approved, automatically generate accurate invoices in QuickBooks or Xero.
CoConstruct’s user-controls over brand financials include features such as estimates and proposals, budget forecasts, and Quickbook integration. Users can protect margins and run both open-book and fixed-price projects, by setting specs and selections to automatically build cost codes and values. Budgets update automatically as clients make project choices on the selection sheet, and users can view real-time projected project costs.
Prospects and clients can use a custom designed mobile app, including company name and icon. Users can add to-dos, shift schedules, check selections, comments, and more, to maintain reliable communication between clients and crew. CoConstruct mobile features are available on iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Android devices.
