Welcome, today we’ll be looking at CRMGamified, a gamification solution for Microsoft® Dynamics CRM. This video is brought to you by TechnologyAdvice. Our mission is to educate, advise and connect buyers and sellers of business technology and one of the ways we do so is by providing unbiased reviews of software. Today we’re focusing on CRMGamified and it’s focus on rewarding activity such as closing opportunities, generating leads, and achieving sales quotas within customer relationship management software.
Here are a few of its strongest attributes: 1) Gamification - game elements and theory – are utilized by CRM Gamified to achieve business goals. Feedback, measurement, and incentives of gamification are a few core elements found in CRMGamified®. Overdone contests, especially with repeat winners, and dry and delayed performance metrics, do not create the excitement and motivation that CRMGamified®, a dynamically updated customized gamified environment, delivers.
It uses gamification to amp up competition, increase the sharing of best practices and crush sales goals, all while increasing employee engagement and motivation to win. 2) Hurrah! Leaderboard® is a new way of inspiring a culture of success for individuals and teams, as well as acknowledging their accomplishments. It is a web-based application that draws data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and displays performance indicators or sales, marketing or customer service teams’ metrics in a clear and visually appealing style.
The solution showcases the display of valuable information on televisions located in the sales area of the organization, for the purposes of highlighting the commercial performance of individuals, teams, or the entire company. The information is transmitted in real time and presented in an appealing format, using images, sounds and videos that can be customized to adapt to the company’s culture and general style. CRM Gamified is quite a unique blend of gamification and customer relationship management.
Here are a few more features that separate it from its competition. Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as an implementation platform make our product unique and in demand. Based in Miami, Florida, and with offices in South America, they cater to Spanish speakers with several Spanish features. CRMGamified also has a gamification academy with several whitepapers and videos to help users learn more about how their software can improve sales. Made for medium size companies, it’s available at a medium price point.
A few limitations are that currently there isn’t support for other browsers except for Google Chrome. IE and other browser support is in the short term product development roadmap. Also there isn’t a software installer. Currently CRMGamified has to assist clients with installation of the solution. In summary, CRMGamified tries to motivate behavior and drive sales through: 1) Dynamically updating gamification elements that take advantage of game theory 2) Hurrah Leaderboard and customized elements 3) Microsoft CRM integration for data and web integration To find out more about LiquidPlanner, or other project management companies, check out our website where we can help you find software that will fit the needs of your work.
