Hey it’s Emmanuel with TechnologyAdvice This video is gonna be part 2 to a previous video I did on the top sales mapping software that should be on your radar, which you can watch here. For this video I have four more to add to that list and I don't think you’re gonna wanna miss it. So let’s get started with Callproof Callproof’s mobile mapping software is great for large marketing teams that have changing schedules and need a little bit of flexibility.
With Callproof, users can upload customer information to build routes through Google Maps, and even use Street View to locate clients in unfamiliar areas. The software also lets you create and save multiple routes at the same time, and gives managers oversight of all sales movements with geo-tagged check-ins. A newsfeed of all check-ins and movements keeps everyone informed, and managers can import or export data from the app. Next, BatchGeo Batchgeo lets you share maps with stakeholders or embed a custom map in your website for customer use.
BatchGeo offers a native app for all pay levels with built-in filtering capabilities and driving directions to keep your sales team from using multiple apps while driving. Its Pro version offers heat maps, faster data processing, streetview overlay, and enhanced security. if you’re still not sure if Batchgeo is right for you, try out their free version, but if you don’t want ads on your maps, you’ll need to upgrade to the Pro edition. Now let’s talk about Maptive Like many other options on this list, Maptive runs as an overlay on Google Maps.
Now, Maptive doesn’t include a lot of the extras featured found in other sales mapping solutions, but it is simple and easy to use. Users can customize their maps and share them with stakeholders, use easy segmentation to build sales territories, and drive quickly from one location to another along the fastest route. They offer a couple of options for uploading data directly from a CSV file or through automatic API sync. And finally, Mapline Mapline is a stripped-down solution for simple mapping tasks compared to other mapping solutions on this list.
Companies using spreadsheets for client data can import from Excel to overlay on a map of their area. Once you’ve built your map in Mapline, your data can live there for future route mapping. Users can also embed and share reports, or assign information to map pins. But if you want to analyze your maps based on client location or other segments, you’ll need to export all or part of the data back into Excel. And that wraps up the second video in my top 4 sales mapping software series.
