Procurify is a cloud-based human resources and accounting software that specializes in spend management for business expenditures and employees. Procurify allows users to request, approve, purchase, receive, and pay expenses from anywhere, anytime, via its mobile and desktop capabilities.
Team members can submit expense requests through the mobile-based Procurify software, and everyone involved is able to see a real-time report of requisition process throughout lifecycle of the expense. Procurify keeps all communication related to spending in one platform, and team members can set due dates to help managers prioritize requests. Team members can create expense reports and upload receipts on their mobile phone.
Managers create approval process controls and dollar thresholds for every user across different teams, departments, and locations. An analysis of company budget and how expenses affect reports is available to mangers before approving purchases. Purchase orders can be saved and automatically filled in to send to vendors immediately, and all are stored and sorted in a centralized location. When purchases arrive, team members take a picture of the packing slip to log in Procurify what was delivered, who received it and when. Procurify allows users to split purchases between different departments or locations, and ensures everything ordered has been delivered before payment.
Procurify offers a breakdown of company spending by users, approvers, departments, and vendors. Users can gather data and set policies to promote a better spend culture or correct unwarranted spending. Procurify integrates with both Quickbooks and Netsuite, and our data migration system inputs existing data into Procurify’s software.
