LevelUp’s payment system supports mobile payments for iPhone, Android, and Windows Phone using QR codes, NFC, and Bluetooth Low-Energy (e.g. iBeacon). Customers who use the LevelUp payment system provide the member businesses with robust demographic information, including names, income, locations, and habits. Every payment unlocks further customer insights.
The gamified campaigns administered by LevelUp helps engage current customers and also encourages them to share their transaction with their friends on social media, helping to capture new customers for your business with powerful, word-of-mouth advertising. Current customers can “gift” discounts or other products to their friends to encourage them to try your business, and redeemed “gifts” are tracked to encourage more “gifting”.
