Product Quick Facts
ClientTell, founded in Valdosta, GA, in 1999, provides appointment reminder services for the healthcare industry through their cloud-delivered system. It is one of the largest providers of appointment reminder and patient notification services in the United States, with clients ranging in size from small, part-time provider medical practices to large, multi-specialty groups and hospitals.
The platform has 4 main areas:
The Reminder Manager handles all automated phone, SMS, email, and mobile app notifications for appointment reminders. Even though it is an automated system, your patients will hear a real voice on the other end, not a text-to-speech auto attendant with a robotic voice. Also, unlike many other systems, patients are able to engage in two-way communication, despite it being an automated call, allowing for quick and easy confirmation or cancellation of appointments without having to call back, helping to increase the efficiency of your front desk staff.
The Broadcast Manager helps your front desk prepare multiple messages at once, allowing you to quickly reach your entire patient list when the office is closed on short notice. Also, you can select groups of clients for targeted messages like preventive care reminders.
Bill Pay Manager
The Bill Pay Manager allows your patients to make payments quickly and easily over the phone. Each ClientTell practice is assigned a unique 1-800 number for patients to dial in order to make payments.
Lab Results Manager
The Lab Results Manager helps satisfy Meaningful Use requirements that patients view, download, and/or transmit their health information, allowing patients to securely retrieve their lab information via phone or the Internet. Once the results are input, the system automatically notifies the patient of lab availability, removing the need for a phone call to or from your front desk staff.
