Product Quick Facts
Calamari is a cloud-based human resources software service designed for companies of any size, operating in any industry. Calamari includes two modules that can stand alone or work together. The modules are Clock-In/Clock-Out and Leave Management.
The Clock-In/Clock-Out service allows companies to track time and attendance of employees, employs iBeacons to auto clock in and out, and timesheet, reporting, and payroll export. Calamari allows employees to independently manage and track their activities, with a wide variety of integration options that enables them to Clock-In/Clock-Out via QR code, iBeacon, Slack, and many more services. Bluetooth iBeacons are small battery-powered devices. They signal a location to nearby phones. After getting the signal from the device Calamari knows if your employees are in the office or not. No action is required, only a mobile phone with the Calamari app for each of your employees. iBeacons works simultaneously with other punch in methods. The timesheet function offers many features including employee time tracking, timesheets, manual time entries and approval flow. Managers can easily validate timesheets of their teams and check their daily attendance.
The Leave Management system allows attendance management of individual employees or teams; staff can request leave, or check their entitled leave and/or vacation benefits. This module allows users to plan time off, personal days, remote work, automates entitlement calculation and ensures multiple policies are automatically applied. Calamari Leave Management system allows companies to automate PTO calculation and helps to manage holidays. The leave management software can integrate with Google Apps, Slack, Jira and much more. Calamari automates all notifications and a leave request approval process. Calamari has a flexible multilevel approval process which can reflect company structure.
