About AngelTrack

AngelTrack, a cloud-based solution,  is “EMS in a box”, ready to run every aspect of your BLS/ALS medical transport, wheelchair van, on-scene labs, and telemedicine services. Any mobile device and any internet-connected computer can access AngelTrack. All web browsers are supported, so crews can use personal smartphones in addition to company-issued tablets or laptops. Every role in an organization — call-taking, dispatching, crew, QA, billing, invoicing, supervision, mechanics — can be performed from anywhere. All business data is stored in a SQL Server deployment inside a secure offsite facility, where it is protected from power failures, burglary, and any other hazards. From that secure facility, data is automatically backed-up and stored off-site

AngelTrack provides a paperless system. Any paper documents can be digitized by scanning or photographing, and the software produces only electronic reports of its own. Records are organized for quick retrieval and reporting. The solution contains a variety of built-in legal documents including PCS forms, enabling electronic signatures on any touchscreen mobile device. Due to integration between dispatch, PCR, and billing systems, the software knows which signatures are required and prompts users to capture them.

AngelTrack’s PCR is one of its core components. As a result, relevant patient data informs every other aspect of the system: dispatchers see a patient’s warnings, restrictions, and history; crews instantly see patient data input by other crews (and by dispatchers and billers), and billers have access to the patient’s complete medical and insurance history. AngelTrack’s PCR is secure and HIPAA-compliant. It supports BLS and ALS/MICU, transport and 911, as well as telemedicine calls and on-scene labs. It has a smart snapshotting system that stores a patient’s entire history. 

AngelTrack has many other automated features, including a mapping/GPS system, a billing workflow, a document librarian function, a QA review system, a companywide incident and response system, a built-in smart time-clock, customizable smart checklists, configurable on-scene lab test, fleet and fuel management, compliance tracking, a targeted announcement system, a comprehensive reporting system covering every facet of operation, a customer portal, security based on each user’s role in the organization, and a time-stamped tracking system that tracks everything anyone does. AngelTrack’s dispatching feature supports all EMS organization, regardless of size. It allows for any number of simultaneous dispatchers.
