It has three strong attributes are: 1) Contacts. SalesNOW has the ability to set up contacts so that everything from attachments to email correspondences are stored in one central location. Administrators can also determine who sees what contacts with multiple levels of teams and sub-teams. 2) Mobile. SalesNow was built with mobile in mind and updates seamlessly between tablets, phones, and the web interface. It’s made for most mobile devices, currently available in the Google Play store as well as the Apple App Store.

3) Dashboard. Users can design and define their own dashboard by managing tabs to create an interface that most easily suits their needs. It’s also possible to see calls and details about a contact right from the dashboard. SalesNOW has several similar features of its competitors; however, there are also quite a few that set it apart. The map feature and native data storage makes it’s mobile application readily accessible regardless of internet connection.

Outlook/Gmail integration allow a user to keep emails on a contact’s profile. It’s also possible to send through outlook while using the SalesNOW tab. And since SalesNOW owns all of the technology and builds all of the applications in-house they’re able keep maintenance issues and updates at a minimum. Made for traveling sales teams of any size, it’s available at a medium price point. A few limitations are that it doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles of its competitors since its core focus is on mobility and contact integration.

Since its focus is on mobile, non-traveling sales teams may not find it’s strongest features useful.
