Welcome, today we’ll be looking at OnContact, a flexible and intuitive system designed to combine marketing automation and CRM. This video is brought to you by TechnologyAdvice. Our mission is to educate, advise and connect buyers of business technology and one of the ways we do so is by providing unbiased reviews. This video review is for OnContact, software that looks to enhance efficiency by performing jobs in less time with greater accuracy and improved proficiency.

The Goal for OnContact is to help companies bridge the gap between their customer relationship management and marketing automation to optimize relationships. OnContact CRM is a full-featured, flexible and customizable CRM application that includes marketing automation for no additional fee. Offered as a cloud or on-premise deployment, this browser-based CRM application automates the sales, marketing, and customer service areas of your company, delivering the power to create, cultivate and grow relationships.

We’ll start off the review with a look at the OnContact Dashboard called a daily planner. At the very top are four core tabs of the software, workspace, marketing, reports, and knowledge. Below that is the active window with tabs detailing recently opened windows. In the left column is access to various contacts and popular items. It’s here that users can also add new contacts, opportunities, and more into OnContact. In the main window, users have access to a calendar detailing the day’s meetings.

Below that is a to-do list which gives users a quick glance at upcoming calls, emails to be sent, and more. Alerts can be added to the bottom right corner to give users a glimpse of important tasks to be completed. There’s also an activity chart showing users the status of current projects. The first half of OnContact is it’s CRM features. Within the save search menu users have access to company, contacts, and opportunities. A company profile displays important information such as type and status as well as the contacts and associated activities.

You can easily add or edit information within the page. A contact is structured in much the same way as a company with the exception of linking a facebook or twitter profile. Lastly the opportunities tab contains various leads and potential sales currently in progress. The list shows status, amount, expected close date, and represetnative. Within marketing users can access several dashboards that help teams understand their marketing strategy. Visits by date and lead activity are helpful metrics to understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

There’s also helpful visitor tracking which can help teams determine who is coming to their site and integrate that information with the contacts in the system.; Perhaps OnContact’s biggest differentiating factor is its integrated marketing automaton. It contains built-in workflows to automate email marketing. users can choose from several actions on how to effectively target certain contacts. There’s also an email design templates that help users create professional emails.

OnContact also has built in lead scoring to help teams prioritize their different campaigns. Made for small to medium size companies, OnContact is available for a medium-price point. A limitation we noticed while reviewing ONContact is the contacts interface was a bit difficult to navigate with several options to search for contacts. Also, Outlook integration was confusing to setup. In summary, OnContact helps businesses: 1. Increase lead generation with sales automation 2.

Build integrated CRM marketing campaigns 3. Optimize marketing automaton with workflow builder To find out more about OnContact or other CRM software, check out our website where we can help you find technology that will fit the needs of your work. Thanks for watching!
