The system’s “best practice templates” feature allows for new projects to be created from copies of existing or former ones and then modified as needed, streamlining project creation to save time and money. The first page users come to is the organization page.

It serves as a dashboard that shows all team members within your company. From this page you can view team members based on department and see who is in or out of the office. By clikc on a team member you’re taken to his or her profile. It’s within the profile that basic information such as time tracking, expenses, activities, tasks, and notes can be analyzed. As you can see time tracking is helpful to review project management time allocation. Expenses can also be tracked to help keep projects on time and on budget. w The projects tab gives an overview of all past, present, and future projects.

Each project has its own page, allowing users to see its real-time status. This page serves as a portfolio for your organization. Use the filters or search bar to find specific projects, clients or types of projects. You can also view project types-confirmed, tentative, or internal as well as access archived work. Users can also view teh status, fees, expenses and dates on the right hand side so they can stay informed about the project. The schedule documents the plan of record for your team.

From this page you can: review all project assignments and modify as plans change and view the schedule by day/week/month. Users can also monitor availability and over-scheduling and adjust allocation as needed. There’s also the possibility to search for team members, skills or roles to determine when to start projects The analytics page shows a summary of your projects. From this page you can review all project budgets, see who is available for this week and next, link to saved reports, and create new reports.

Made for medium-sized companies to enterprises, 10,000ft is available for a medium-price point. A few limitation we noticed and confirmed from reviews on our website is it’s not quite the corporate omnitool we’ve see in something like Basecamp as it lacks a few features such as stronger task management or communication between team members . Also although the website is viewable on mobile, it lacks itdedicated mobile application.
