The system is easy to customize out of the box, but developers can take this several steps further using the Zoho CRM Developer Edition. Other Zoho apps play well with Zoho CRM, and integrations with third-party systems are easy to set up and operate smoothly.
Cons of Zoho CRM
Users report two main drawbacks with Zoho CRM: load times and limited customizability. While this system works well, it does tend to run slower than comparable CRMs. Ease of customization works in Zoho’s favor, but the system doesn’t offer as much room for customization as Salesforce, for instance.
