Zoho CRM is a market-leading customer relationship management system from the software company Zoho. Headquartered in Chennai, India and with offices around the world, Zoho makes over 25 different business software products, all of which integrate seamlessly with Zoho CRM. Over 10 million people use Zoho products, making them some of the most popular B2B software solutions in the world.

Zoho CRM is a cloud-based application that includes tools for pipeline management, team collaboration, marketing automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and more. Zoho offers a full suite of developer tools, including a REST API, a Developer Edition of Zoho CRM, and web and mobile SDKs. This CRM also supports integrations for Google Drive, DocuSign, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and more.

Zoho CRM users report easy customization, quality of integrations, and price as the biggest pros of this system. The system is easy to customize out of the box, but developers can take this several steps further using the Zoho CRM Developer Edition. Other Zoho apps play well with Zoho CRM, and integrations with third-party systems are easy to set up and operate smoothly.

Users report two main drawbacks with Zoho CRM: load times and limited customizability. While this system works well, it does tend to run slower than comparable CRMs. Ease of customization works in Zoho’s favor, but the system doesn’t offer as much room for customization as Salesforce, for instance.

Pipeline management

Pipeline management in Zoho CRM lets users identify, score, and assign leads to sales people. This feature also includes contact management, deal management, and account management to show sales teams more information about their customers.

Marketing automation

Marketing automation in Zoho CRM helps sales teams generate new leads, create and run ad campaigns, and manage email campaigns. Zoho’s integration with Google Ads shows users which ad groups convert to the most sales. Users can also integrate Zoho CRM with Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns to create and send emails, surveys, and drip campaigns.

Analytics

Zoho CRM helps sales teams turn their data into meaningful insights. Using the analytics feature, users can build custom reports, create dashboards, and make sales forecasts. Zoho CRM also offers a territory management tool, which lets users segment customers by geographic location.
