Zoho People allows users to generate insightful reports, regularize attendance, and empower on-site and remote employees to check in from anywhere. HR teams can plan better with real-time information on employee absences and keep the mobile workforce agile with IP and location-based attendance marking. In addition, the solution improves employee engagement by letting employees check in from the web and mobile app, view their attendance, and raise requests for regularization.

Zia, Zoho’s AI assistant, is a tool that guides employees with everyday HR situations like clocking in and out for the day, applying for time off, and getting reliable answers to HR questions. With machine learning, Zia lets employees complete HR tasks on time. Employees can apply for leave by giving the chatbot the requested days, reason, and type of leave. With this info, Zia will complete the entire leave application process on their behalf. This feature can also pull up information about time off availability and upcoming holidays on demand.
