Vend custom loyalty program

Retailers can improve repeat business with their own custom loyalty program from Vend that’s simple to manage. Vend Loyalty is configurable and user-friendly. Businesses can automatically add new customers to the program or incentivize them to join by inviting them to sign up via email. Moreover, the system helps merchants understand their most loyal customers and how they spend. It lets them see the total balance of loyalty earned across all their customers.

Customer management

Vend allows retailers to build their customer database and enhance shopper spend. Retail businesses can manage one central customer list for all outlets, including their eCommerce store. The customer database and purchase history will always be in sync no matter where customers shop. Businesses can also create groups to manage employee privileges and any wholesale operations. The system automatically segments customers based on their history and brand interactions.

Redeem rewards
