About Time Doctor
Time Doctor is a cloud-based project management solution that focuses on employee time tracking and management for companies and freelancers. With a dashboard display and mobile capabilities, Time Doctor manages a fleet of remote employees from one centralized location.
The Time Doctor dashboard displays how each employee spends his or her time during work hours. It also tracks websites and applications accessed on employee computers. Managers can compile comprehensive reports of employee productivity, including hours worked, break times, meetings, away from computer, and more. Reports and dashboard can be accessed by employees and managers anytime and anywhere.
Time tracking rules are set up by managers, and the program is flexible to specific needs. Time Doctor is private and secure, and runs automatically every time the employee logs onto the computer. It tracks time spent on various tasks and formats the data into tables, charts, and graphs for employees and managers to analyze.
Occasional screenshots are used to log work on specific projects, and browsing alerts allow employees to track the amount of time spent on unproductive social media sites. It also detects idle time and automatically puts a person on break. When the employee resumes to work, he or she can start the timer again.
Time Doctor is available to use on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Chromebook, IOS & Android, and GPS tracking is set to monitor mobile team members. The program also integrates with other applications that assist in in-house and overseas employee payroll, including PayrollHero, Pivotal Tracker, PayPal, Payoneer, TransferWise, and more.
