This CRM comes with uniform navigation that utilizes a friendly drag and drop interface with visual reports and Automation Add-Ins that automate many routine tasks. The system is customizable so users can control what is important for them to see and make profile adjustments through the dashboard. Pipeliner includes a mobile CRM app which includes a built-in AI engine called Voyager.

This CRM is able to work without a full-time certified administrator, and the drag and drop features are easy to learn, which allows users to get up and running fast for a quicker ROI. Users can create multiple pipelines that allow them to nurture and organize leads, manage sales tasks, and track potential opportunities. Pipeliner produces sales reports, advanced business intelligence reports, performance reports and forecasting to both manage and measure team production. It also integrates with other popular business software.

Flexible interface and organized sales

Pipeliner CRM features a highly visual organized interface to help users focus and improve productivity. It has uniform navigation and built-in tools to assist users with on-boarding. Users can toggle between multiple pipeline views including bubble chart view, compact view, and a list view to fit user preferences. This CRM will help organize sales processes from prospecting to opportunity tracking. As many pipelines can be created as needed with relevant contacts for each, and leads can be qualified and organized within the pipeline. Color coded indicators indicate the status of tasks within the pipeline, making it easy to track sales activity and allowing sales agents to easily identify what action is needed.

No need for certified admins

No personnel are required to have certifications, and there is no need for administrators in order to run Pipeliner CRM. Training with the Admin Module and color-coded drag-and-drop functions allow managers and sales teams to learn functionality quickly. Users can also set up access and permissions to determine which personnel can access particular pipelines and documents. The software comes with built-in support tools, guides, and context specific guided video tours to help users get the most of the system. If these built-in help articles don’t provide what a user is looking for, they can contact support from the system dashboard.

Easy account and task management

Users have multiple ways to view accounts in the system to have data presented to them in a format that best suits their needs and preferences. For instance, with Compact View users can look at all important account information including recent activity and contacts, while with Pipeline View users can view every potential opportunity in their sales pipeline. Bubble Chart View lets users see a 3D map of opportunities, which includes estimated closing dates and the size of the deal. Pipeliner CRM assists users in tracking all tasks associated with the sales cycle, and they can be arranged in the Pipeline View, so all pending tasks are prominently displayed. In addition, all activity and tasks can be shared, so everyone on the team is on the same page. Pipeliner CRM will also automatically generate tasks as contacts are moved through the various stages of the pipeline. Tasks can be accepted, edited, or rejected as necessary.

Improved CRM function and secure data archive

Pipeliner CRM features a Product Catalogue feature so that users don’t have to switch between systems to quote prices or provide product information to meet customer needs. It also helps sales agents to pick the best product or service to pitch to the contact. With the Sales Performance feature, users can manage and monitor the performance of both teams and individual sales personnel. With Instant View, users can see performance by predefined KPIs, trends, and conversion history by sales agent. The system also keeps a record of all data entered, including information on lost deals. With the CRM Archive function, contact information, documents, and pricing for any deal that didn’t work is kept, and leads and opportunities can be restored to active pipelines with a single click.

Offline CRM and mobile app

Pipeliner is offered in two versions, Pipeliner CRM Cloud and Pipeliner CRM Hybrid. The Hybrid version lets users employ full software functionality even while offline. Any changes made on the desktop app are automatically updated to the cloud once back online. With smart cloud technology, system data is always accessible and still secure. Pipeliner CRM also offers a mobile app compatible with Android and iOS, including all the features to manage accounts, contacts, leads and tasks for the on-the-go sales rep.
