From the dashboard, users can monitor activity, launch assignments, keep track of appointments and scheduling, view contact information, see sales status, and track the progress of team sales. The platform comes with reporting tools to evaluate the performance of each of these key aspects of business.

Sales automation

The sales automation features of Nutshell helps improve efficiency by eliminating time wasted on repetitive tasks, which allows teams to focus more on leads and sales. Leads are automatically moved through the pipeline with monitoring of company-defined goals are met at every step. Nutshell works with Mailchimp, so automated messages can be sent at the correct juncture to targeted prospects without the need to continually input new information.


Nutshell helps keep every team member in-the-know by keeping conversations front and center and eliminating instances of messages being lost in long threads of inbox messages. Combine this with native mobile apps where each team gets notified whenever there is an important update or situation, and a business is sure to have all their bases covered.

Interactive pipeline

The board view feature gives Nutshell users an interactive way of managing the business pipeline with a drag-and-drop function that allows users to put leads into the next appropriate stage. Leads can be marked as cancelled, lost, or won. This function also enables users to view the overall health of the pipeline and if any action should be taken. It offers many view options such as chart, list, and map—whatever the user prefers to monitor and assess the business pipeline based on the most relevant variable.
