About Elements CRM
Ntractive, a software solutions company, created Elements CRM, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for Macintosh users. With users in over a hundred countries, Ntractive has been used in a variety of industries and by businesses of all sizes.
Although described as a CRM application, this solution offers many features that also identifies with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. There are five editions of Elements CRM, and the features included depend on which plan is fits your business needs: Basic, Group, Professional, Enterprise, and Performance. ERP capabilities begin in the Professional Edition, where users are given the opportunity to create an email marketing campaign and manage certain financial aspects of the business including such as tacking inventory, generating work orders, and sending invoices, estimates, and receipts to clients. Members can also create, manage, and store a variety of files such as sales, employee, product, and project documents as well as any personal information wished to be stored. In the Enterprise Edition, businesses can additionally generate sales and financial forecasting reports and process credit cards. Finally, the Performance Edition offers custom report and data backup options.
This cloud-based platform is scalable to fit any sized business, and can be accessed on any Macintosh product with access to the web such as laptop, iPad, and iPhone.
