At its core is Nimble’s Contact Management Software platform and Contact Record, where every business contact is stored and can be reviewed with in-depth detail. Nimble imports basic contact information from sources including Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Facebook, LinkedIn, Skype, phone, email and more. It then supplements each business Contact Record with detailed data across social media channels, giving users deeper insight into contacts and prospects. By making better social media relationships, Nimble helps lead to more profitable business campaigns.

Data organization

Nimble keeps business data organized and helps operations stay on task. Users can set reminders and other marking features to streamline and note important messages so all key communication is accounted for. The software also automatically fills contact records from just an email and name, leaving less data entry for users to do. Users can also analyze shared interests based off topics and keywords to gain insight into which contacts are of interest and relevant.
