SQL editor

Through the SQL editor, users are able to share and make search analysis to quickly find reports. Reports can be shared using the system’s Slack and email integrations, or can be done via URL. By setting definitions, analysts can establish logic once, and the changes are then propagated to all underlying reports. System reports update automatically and can be scheduled to go out at regular intervals to keep teams updated with the most recent data.

Notebooks

With Mode BI, clients can use Python and R to gather data and deliver analysis without the need to switch applications. Clients who write SQL and query results can be automatically piped to a dataframe in pandas or R. Results can then be accessed via Mode’s native Notebook with just a click. After data is explored and assessed, the R or Python-powered reports can be shared with anyone, instantly. Since no development environment is needed, users can get these results to their teams without delay.

Reports

Users can query question upon question, iterate, and repeat. Users can mix and match the building blocks necessary to make ad hoc analysis, build interactive dashboards, and host custom data visualizations. Mode BI offers countless possibilities covered by three basic deliverables: ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and custom data visualizations.
