About Ardexus MODE

Ardexus makes CRM solutions that integrate and build upon IBM products such as Lotus Notes. Their flagship product is Ardexus MODE which is a full CRM suite. They also offer a web based CRM, and a BlackBerry specific mobile CRM. Their software is designed to help companies optimize their business performance, and reduce costs.

Ardexus MODE is an award-winning CRM built for IBM’s Lotus Notes software. As a native Lotus application, it can run on enterprise companies’ existing infrastructure and fully integrates with Lotus Notes email and calendar. MODE is fully customizable, and is deployed in-house. Ardexus WebMode is a cloud based CRM solution that runs on IBM’s Domino platform. It does not require Lotus Notes, and can be accessed through any major web browser (including via iPad). WebMode can be hosted entirely in-house, on IBM Domino versions 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x. In addition to online reporting tools and an interactive web dashboard, Ardexus WebMode can also integrate with MS Outlook and existing ERP systems. Finally, Ardexus MODE for BlackBerry allows companies to extend the functionality of WebMode to corporate BlackBerry devices. The mobile software allows sales teams to securely access customer information, accounts, and campaign details from their phones. All interactions are then recorded for later review.

Ardexus has been used by many enterprise companies looking for flexible, IBM based CRM software. Mitel Networks, a major business communications provider, recently switched over 500 employees from’s CRM solution to Ardexus WebMode. Mitel is an IBM Business Partner, and chose WebMode because of its native Lotus Notes integration. By implementing Ardexus, Mitel was able to reduce their CRM license fees, and establish a company-wide system for tracking sales and marketing leads. Mitel is now planning to further expand WebMode to its overseas employees.
