Based out of Vancouver, Maximizer CRM has been around for over 20 years, and positions itself as an option for small to medium-sized businesses as well as divisions of large corporations. The solution is designed to offer extreme flexibility in creating clarity within a business, as well as a robust and happy foundation of customer relationships. Clients that utilize Maximizer CRM include Rolex, Nestle, BBC, HSBC, Radisson, and Siemens.
Maximizer offers 3 different packages, including both on-premise and cloud-based solutions. Between all three packages, labeled “Group”, “Enterprise” or “Cloud”, users have access to a wide range of features not offered by every CRM on the market. For example, the Enterprise edition of Maximizer offers offline access, territory management, access across all devices & operating systems, and integration capabilities with Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Excel, and Exchange Server. While pricing is not listed for their group and enterprise options, their cloud package is $49/user/month. Product training includes demo videos, written CRM guides, webinars, and an FAQ section. With several features available to their users, Maximizer aims to be one of the most configurable and easy-to-use CRMs on the market today.
