Job management

The software allows organizations to manage jobs from leads through payment without paper and ensure the tech, dispatcher, and customer have everything they need. Managers can see where each job is as it moves from unscheduled to scheduled, in progress to complete.

Additionally, managers can create simple or complex schedules, add multiple team members to one event, or add numerous events to any job. Once the schedules are sorted and team members are in the field, they’ll be able to communicate with managers by creating notes, jotting down reminders, or adding attachments directly to the customer record. Businesses can also make notes public for their customers to see. Kickserv lets users track activities and communications between the organization and its customers throughout the job, keeping everyone in the know.

Estimates and invoices

With Kickserv, businesses can send invoices to customers and collect online payments. The software collects signatures on estimates and invoices and delivers them right to the computer, tablet, laptop, or phone. All signature data on the estimate or invoice will be stored for historical use, creating a digital trail that keeps everyone in the loop. Organizations can send invoices directly to customers via email and track when they are received and viewed. Moreover, field service businesses can collect online payments with credit card payment integration.

Customer management

Kickserv provides complete and detailed contact records that present at-a-glance summaries of each customer. Users can find notes on the customer’s reason for calling, tips and notes from their last visit, or any special requests they have made. Customers can view messages via email or their customer portal, where they can respond. Furthermore, messaging tools allow teams to manage all external communications centrally.

Kickserv’s predefined reports give access to the data that most businesses rely on, such as profit margins, historical invoices, and job history.
