Harvestr centralizes all product feedback from all tools and channels, at scale, in one place to save time and get a comprehensive overview of customer needs. Users can search for feedback messages in their inbox and find feedback about a specific topic or customer and from a specific time frame.

Harvestr’s advanced feedback search allows users to combine multiple search criteria for a more specified query. By default, all feedback messages will be included in the search and its results, no matter if the messages are in the Inbox, Archived, or Bin folders. Users can specify the folder they want to search with the advanced search feature.

Roadmap prioritization

Harvestr lets teams support product prioritization with customer data to focus on the right problems at the right time and make informed product decisions. Its prioritization feature keeps the backlog clean and manageable. Users can use this flexible prioritization system to get a clear view on the most urgent customer needs and prioritize what needs to be built next. Product teams can also use Harvestr to build their own feature prioritization system.

Product communication
