About GOIS Pro
Goods Order Inventory System (GOIS PRO), is a cloud based inventory management solution. It is a cross-platform solution, which businesses can access on all the leading web browsers, and Android and iOS (iPhone and iPad) devices via its application. The application can be used without an internet connection for users working in remote areas.
GOIS Pro allows businesses to manage inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, invoice reports, customers, and vendors, in an easy and organized way. GOIS Pro also integrates with many leading software titles and eCommerce sites such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
GOIS Pro also allows users to assemble product kits and/or form multi-level composite products using various raw materials which then can be purchased, stocked, or sold as a single unit. Making a sale of a composite product or kit will automatically deduct the correct quantity of each individual component mapped with that composite product from a chosen warehouse location. Users may also sell kit components separately during bundle stock-outs.
Set automatic e-mail notifications for Low Stocks, Purchase & Fulfillment, Sales & Dispatch, Adjustments and Transfers to keep businesses aware about the operations being performed by any user under an organization. Moreover, Business Owners can now define a recipient list for every activity to be performed into the system so as to notify recipients immediately.
Quickly generate and print a product bar-code label and stick on the products on the warehouse to allow fast bar-code operations by increasing business efficiency. GOIS advanced bar-code scanning function uses mobile rear camera or external Bluetooth scanner to perform quick operations like Stock Check-In/Check-Out, Inventory Adjustments, Stock Transfers, Purchase and Sales Orders on the go.
