GoCo product overview

GoCo is a flexible HR platform designed with small businesses in mind. Unlike many HRIS platforms, GoCo can support existing processes, policies, and providers, so that SMBs don’t have to change existing systems when implementing GoCo. GoCo allows HR to manage records, performance, time off, onboarding, benefits, and more in one place.

GoCo allows small companies to transfer existing processes, policies, and providers over to their system. Companies also get a dedicated customer service manager to make sure they are getting the most out of the software. Basic functionalities for up to 20 employees is also free.

Onboarding

GoCo allows you to set up paper-free employee onboarding that takes minutes. Streamline your new-hire checklist with automated, paper-free onboarding, e-signature, document collection, and benefits enrollment. Once onboared, an employee’s data documents are stored in one place.

Benefits

GoCo allows you to manage benefits like health, dental, commuter, and life and disability via online enrollment platforms. You can bring over existing providers, or use GoCo to find new providers.

Payroll & Time Tracking

GoCo integrates with any cloud-based payroll provider to run payroll directly through GoCo.  Employees can also track time via GoCo with all state and federal rules automatically calculated. Timesheets can be reviewed and approved with a single click.
