Product Quick Facts
NOTICE: As of Fall 2015, FoxyTasks has ceased sales and support of their eponymous product.
FoxyTasks helps consultants, marketing managers, and creative agencies effectively organize projects, tasks, and budgets. FoxyTasks is developed by OffiServe, an EU-based company founded in 2012 by a team of project management, software engineering, and marketing management experts. OffiServ is headquartered in Gdynia, Poland.
FoxyTasks engages your entire project team, including freelancers and customers. As a cloud-based project management platform, FoxyTasks offers progressive software tools for project planning, extensive collaborative abilities, and granular project budgeting. Projects can be planned in a myriad of ways. In addition to basic task lists, FoxyTasks allows project managers to create their own work-breakdown-structure, split projects into phases by milestones, and even plan down to a sub-task level. Labeling helps organize tasks, and a powerful label and keyword search makes for lightning-fast sorting and filtering. The project overview is aided by customizable dashboards and built-in reporting capabilities to help you disseminate progress and performance information to all stakeholders, whether they’re in-house, subcontractors, freelance employees, or customers. FoxyTasks also includes a Kanban board for at-a-glance project monitoring and communication with the entire team. One of FoxyTasks’ more innovative features is the “Raise an Impediment” function that helps team members signal risks and issues that might impact on-time or on-budget task or project delivery.
FoxyTasks offers strong email integration as well, allowing you to choose the events, frequency, and content of email notifications. It can also be organized to email a daily task list for project managers and teams, keeping everyone on track and accountable. It includes document storage, and allows users to reply to a comment, task, or upload a document to FoxyTasks from directly within their email.
FoxyTasks has been deployed in a wide variety of industries, but is most often and best used for marketing campaigns, planning trade shows, consulting projects, product development, software engineering, and hardware installation projects.
