EZOfficeInventory is a cloud-based equipment maintenance software that manages the entire lifecycle – from procurement to retirement. There is no hardware or software setup, a ‘pay as you grow’ pricing model, and multi-platform access, whether it’s Mobile (iOS, Android, Windows) or Desktop (PC/Mac/Linux).

EZOfficeInventory can be used to create purchase orders, schedule services, and manage items effortlessly. Easy depreciation management and custom reports help users make well-informed business decisions. The mobile app can be used to scan barcodes/QR Codes and manage assets on the go. Users are enabled to gain compliance with regulatory bodies, carry out painless audits, and track tasks using work orders. Users also are able to manage stock levels with the sophisticated inventory control system and plan out complex maintenance scenarios using the CMMS module. EZOfficeInventory also offers comprehensive customization in the form of custom fields and alerts. Location and maintenance histories are an additional feature for asset lifecycle management. EZOfficeInventory offers integration with Zendesk, Salesforce, Dropbox, and more.

EZOfficeInventory also enables users to track the complete asset lifecycle through a comprehensive log for each asset. optimize asset workflows, improve data accuracy, and lower overheads through increased asset visibility and employee accountability. Items can be tagged with QR codes or barcodes. Labels can be designed and printed with QR codes or barcodes. Analytic reports help identify bottlenecks and increase efficiency. Along with assets, asset stock and consumable items such as inventory can also be tracked by location. Users can get low stock alerts and transfer stock across sites with ease. An Availability Calendar shows which assets and asset stock are available, reserved, checked out, or under maintenance. Filter data by time period, group or location. Quickly see what item events are taking place on any given day using the Dashboard Calendar, or toggle forward or ahead for additional information. The Reservations module enables users to plan ahead and ensure conflict-free bookings. This comes bundled with an availability calendar and reservation alerts.
