Databox product overview

Databox is a cloud-based business analytical tool designed to help marketers, analysts, and CEOs predictably improve performance over time to improve business functions. With Databox, users can create custom analytics dashboards that can incorporate data from multiple sources and be viewed on any device. It includes one-click integrations with a range of cloud services and databases for data import along with an API for custom integrations.

With Databox, Designer users can build KPI dashboards utilizing its simple drag-and-drop editor, which also allows views to be customized by changing data visualizations and adding different metrics. Data from multiple sources can be displayed without the need of a code, and data can be secured by controlling access with restricted permissions and IP addresses. Live previews enable users to view their data in real-time. With the query builder, import custom metrics, events, statistics and goals. There are advanced settings for each metric, such as modifying for time intervals, currencies, and chart formats.

Databox also lets users go mobile with apps for both iOS and Android that can be set to automatically deliver scorecards and weekly summaries for review. Alerts are also automatically generated and sent when trends emerge or there is a sudden change in data. Data can be annotated in the mobile apps and then shared with teammates, with passcodes or Touch ID enabled to ensure data security.

The software offers dozens of one-click integrations with sources like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSport, Facebook, Shopify, and many more.

Databox includes 70+ one-click integrations to easily connect user data. It comes equipped with thousands of default metrics, hundreds of pre-configured Datablocks, and over 200 pre-built reports. Users can instantly view their most important metrics after connection and build their own custom metrics using the filters provided with the Query Builder tool to pull more granular performance insights.

Goal Tracking

Users can set, assign, and monitor progress toward business goals on one screen, which allows all members of the business to know how the company is performing. Daily and weekly scorecards keep users updated on the most important KPIs via email, mobile push notifications, and/or Slack.

Alerts and insights

Databox notifies users when measured performance seems off or experiences unexpected changes, so the business doesn’t have to wait until the end of month or quarter to know how performance is trending. Users are given a stream of team achievements as well as recommendations for improving performance.

Metric calculation

The software combines data from any source to easily calculate new metrics, conversion rates, ROI and more. It’s all done without the need of coding or spreadsheets.
