Product Quick Facts
ChartLogic, Inc. offers a full ambulatory EHR suite, including electronic medical record, practice management, revenue cycle management, e-prescribing, patient portal and more. In addition to primary care, ChartLogic caters to surgical and other complex areas of medicine. Though the company offers stand-alone products, ChartLogic’s EHR suite is designed for use by physicians, assistants, administrative staff, and patients.
ChartLogic EMR (electronic medical record) is designed to intuitively understand your workflow, specialty and personal preferences, which you control. Although ChartLogic EMR includes hundreds of distinct features, it’s the overall charting experience that sets it apart: truly easy, incredibly flexible and super fast. You can produce a complete note in <90 seconds. Literally. Intelligent voice commands combined with a rich library of specialty-specific content and single page layout allow you to record all elements of an encounter without having to navigate to multiple tabs or click through a series of form fields, check boxes, radio buttons, and pick lists. Plus, what you see on screen looks exactly like the printed document. Additionally, ChartLogic provides hundreds of specialty-specific templates, patient education materials, imagery, animations, and pre-configured superbills, all of which can be tailored to meet your needs.
ChartLogic’s EHR suite has helped many medical practices reduce error rates, improve practice-wide efficiency, and prevent revenue loss. One of ChartLogic’s customers, Dr. Joseph Noreika, struggled to implement an efficient electronic health record solution in his eye care practice. After implementing ChartLogic’s solutions, Dr. Noreika was able to improve patient care, reduce the amount of time spent taking notes, and streamline workflows within his practice.
