Capsule CRM product overview

Capsule is a flexible, web-based CRM tool designed for small and growing businesses that desire to organize business and client functionality. Users can track contacts and business associates, communications, sales opportunities, and tasks that require attention. Capsule also helps users to manage their sales pipeline, bids, track deals and proposals, in addition to other opportunities.

Users can easily organize emails, notes, documents and other conversations utilizing Capsule, as well as having a complete history of business files for reference in one location. Capsule also allows users to share tasks with team members, manage and monitor tasks, assign tasks, and better control deadlines and milestones. Data regarding customers and contacts can also be customized. Capsule is available on mobile platforms via both smartphone and tablet. There is no software to install with Capsule, and due to its web-based nature, users know they are always operating with the most up-to-date version.

Contact management

Capsule stores and helps users organize information about customers and contacts, as well as tasks and to-do lists. Capsule also allows users to create custom categories to assimilate data and track people, organizations, and companies that users do business with.

Data sharing

Users can share contact data easily with team members—or the entire company—with Capsule. Contacts can be imported from Outlook, Gmail, vCard, spreadsheets, and any CSV file. Additional data including notes from communication, meetings, and more can be added to the file.

Dashboards

Track opportunities and get summaries of opportunities by utilizing Capsule’s sales dashboard. Users can track their opportunities and milestones that can be linked with success factors to enable users to better forecast potential sales revenues. Users can generate reports and extracts from their pipelines using configurable filters.

Secure servers

Capsule’s servers are hosted by Amazon’s data centers to ensure information is kept safe and secure. Data that passes through the servers is encrypted using SSL technology, which is the same technology used by banks to protect their data. In addition, data is stored in multiple locations in real-time and backed up every hour.
