With BlueFolder, users can access various features, such as recurring jobs, secure custom user permissions, scheduling/dispatch, and customer portals. BlueFolder’s assignment capabilities handle complex jobs that require multiple tasks and assignees. Managers can enable assignment completion tracking to know when teams accomplish job sub-tasks. The software also has custom files for monitoring critical data unique to the business. Also, users can subsequently search and report on that data.

BlueFolder comes with customizable default settings that save time and reduce human error when creating work orders. Users can view billable job activities, including labor hours worked, materials used, and expenses incurred. They can also export data to the accounting system for accurate invoicing. The platform’s full log of every work order action ensures that the team is fully informed and accountable. Its notification functionalities keep the teams in sync with job status and with each other. On the other hand, the customer notifications with back-and-forth email capabilities allow the team and customers to communicate from within the system.

Field service CRM
