Awardco’s employee recognition lets organizations customize programs to their needs, whether they have 1,000 employees or over 100,000. In addition, businesses can manage multiple recognition programs and create custom, meaningful rewards catalogs from one dashboard.

Bonus Box

With the software, companies can celebrate a special occasion by sending a Bonus Box or a custom care package. The Awardco Team can help businesses come up with themed items, customize the box itself with the organization’s branding, and ship them right to their employee’s doors. Companies can send Bonus Boxes for work anniversaries, team training, onboarding, Employee Appreciation Day, or simply to show they care.

Custom incentive programs

Organizations can build a custom Earn program in the system when they want to highlight or encourage behavior in their employees. Administrators can set eligibility based on metadata selected, then promote and reward that behavior. Earn programs also accelerate spinning up a program to start gathering data or increase adoption. Moreover, managers can track compliance or incentivize survey completion in ten minutes.


Awardco gives businesses access to the information they need to see exactly how their recognition programs work. Users can dive deep into what’s happening in each program, details about unused and spent points, and the total number of recognitions.
