This includes Project Management & Collaboration, Resource Scheduling, Time Tracking, Expense Management, Quoting & Invoicing. Each of these modules can be used together or independently to suit a range of businesses. Project Management

With list-view, kanban boards and Gantt charts, you choose the task layout that works for you. Create new tasks, set deadlines, and assign it to teams and customers. Include time estimates, sub-tasks and followers to keep everyone in the loop and on track. See all tasks assigned to you across projects using the My Tasks view. Emails can be converted into tasks. Avaza also allows you to keep your files in your preferred cloud storage with no need to duplicate or sync files.

Online Timesheets & Expense Management

Avaza makes time tracking easy. Employees can even start a timer on their phones and stop it on their tablet. Managers can set Project, Category or Person hourly rates for each project. It can also track both billable and non-billable hours on each project. Enter different cost rates for each person or category within a project. Gain insight into your project costs and profitability. Similarly, Avaza can simply expense management and tracking. Add expenses in any currency, from any device, or email receipts to your account.

Online Invoicing

Create Invoice templates for all your brands. Customize the design, layout and tax disclosure based on your brand and business requirements. Meet the legal tax disclosure requirements for your jurisdiction by showing taxes in your required format. Record payments received against your invoices. Avaza supports partial payments or splitting payments across multiple invoices.
