Ambition enables increased productivity, enhanced performance — and measurable, meaningful revenue growth.

Key Features of Ambition include:

Coaching: Ambition’s coaching feature helps sales leaders structure actionable, metric-driven sessions with their reps. Coaching programs ensure teams move in the right direction. Contests: By creating strategic competitions, sales leaders can quickly and easily drive performance against KPIs and encourage lasting behavior changes that will make reps stronger sellers for the long-term.

Goals: Gain visibility into goals and progress, so managers know when to proactively intervene to keep teams on track, and reps can see how each activity gets them closer to success.

Scorecards: Ambition’s unique system of activity and objective scorecards helps users measure what matters. This methodology combines target baselines of activity and effectiveness with continual progress tracking against goals.

TVs and Leader boards: Ambition’s TVs drive energy to users' sales floors with real-time triggers, leader boards, and custom messages.

Analytics: AI-powered intelligence delivers insights sales leaders can utilize on a daily basis through pacing, projections, deviations, and forecasting apps and allows users to desist from sifting through raw data, manipulating spreadsheets, or waiting on reports from BI.
