The application is used to motivate, track, and communicate sales activity and results for individuals, teams, and organizations. The application is available on the Salesforce AppExchange. The Abaav Sales Performance Management application is used by field sales, inside sales, sales managers, account managers, and leadership to boost sales and improve customer relationships.
Abaav standard functionality includes User Scorecard, Leaderboard, Reports, Email Triggers (scheduled and conditional), Coaching, Performance Assessment (Quadrant),TV Screen Broadcast.
The Abaav SPM (Sales Performance Management) application offers fast and easy to configure Metrics, Goal targets (global and instance-level), Goal weights, Goal time frame, User target values setup, Sprint (competition) setup, TV screen setup, Sales Org Hierarchy, Coaching sessions, multiple Abaav instances (through a single application), Scheduled and conditional email alert setup, Self-service reporting.
