Zendesk Sell product overview

Zendesk Sell (formerly Base) is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) and sales productivity solution that works mainly with mid-sized and enterprise-sized companies. Sell offers industry-specific CRM solutions across a variety of fields, including medical devices, manufacturing, software, and solar. You can also access Sell on the go using its iOS or Android app. The app offers many of the same functions as the cloud-based system, including mobile reporting and offline access.
