Deskera has accounting features such as invoicing, bank connections, accounting, inventory, order fulfillment, online payments, and financial reports with local tax reporting. It allows businesses to build deals and pipelines, segmented marketing campaigns, and knowledge base. It also supports ticketing.

Companies can run unlimited payroll per local regulations, view payslips, download W-2, W-4, 1099s, apply for vacation, and scan expenses with Deskera. The platform also comes with a mobile app that keeps users connected to the business at all times. The Deskera Mobile App makes all the features and reports available on the go.

Deskera focuses on industries like manufacturing, distribution, trading, building, engineering, and construction. It is a complete management platform with modules and features that can address any problem faced by modern businesses.

Accounting

Deskera provides a user-friendly accounting feature for small business owners, bookkeepers, and accountants. It lets businesses take full control of their chart of accounts.

The primary account types in Deskera include Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Revenue, and Expense. Users get to choose from the list of default Chart of Accounts made available in Deskera’s accounting feature. In addition, the platform delivers a simple double-entry accounting that facilitates the tracking of every business transaction across the organization.

Customer relationship management

The solution automates marketing, lead generation, sales, and after-sales operations with Deskera. Additionally, teams can run email marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, or engaging customers and prospects. Deskera’s CRM capabilities include contact and deal management, sales pipelines, email campaigns, and customer support.

Deskera manages both sales and support from one single platform. It generates leads by creating an email campaign and enables teams to view performance with detailed analytics on open rates and click-through rates (CTR). Sales teams get full visibility into the sales pipeline. Users can view all the contact information, notes, communication history, and open and close deals at a glance with Deskera CRM.

Leave and attendance management

Deskera manages Leave and Attendance so managers can focus on the business. The solution comes with mandatory employment leave types for different countries. As a result, HR teams save time and effort in setting up the Deskera system. The platform handles all Ministry of Manpower’s statutory leave requisites such as childcare leave, annual leave, and maternity leave.

Deskera enables organizations to create custom leave policies. Aside from this, businesses can change accruals based on the period, authorize leave policy only for certain people in the company, use Year of Service based entitlement, or create a unique policy for every employee.

Payroll

Deskera’s online payroll software lets companies view payslips, run unlimited payrolls, and have flexible payment schedules. The system uses a three-step process for its payroll feature: add employees, select the amount, and pay.

Deskera streamlines paying different groups of employees on different pay schedules such as weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly. It also gives companies the ability to create and assign custom pay components to employees based on business needs. Deskera identifies those components assigned to the employee and automatically calculates the wages.
