Best CRM Package I've used

What do you like best about this product?

Have used many different CRM packages over the years Saleforce, High Rise, Act etc all of which had their own positives and negatives and I was about to settle into using one of the previous for a new business we have set up but I was in desperate need of being able to “Mail Merge” from within the CRM so started searching around again to see what was available. I came across Zoho and was about to pass it by as for some reason I thought it did not have an Android app available for it but after tweeting the question it not only had an app it was also brilliant !!! I got stuck into Zoho setting up custom fields within minutes (granted i’m somewhat familiar with CRM set up) but this was just so so easy I couldn’t believe it. Within 24 hours I had set up all my custom fields, worked out how the leads – accounts / contacts worked plus managed to map across a few CSV files of customers which effortlessly went directly to the fields I wanted them too. On top of this I set up a mail merge document with the internal word processor and again this was as easy as it could be , worked first time. Using tasks is great, in fact I’m blown away with software and when the trial is finished will be signing up ( email set up is the only thing I have struggled with but will be contacting support to fix this I have no doubt it will work great like the rest of the package )

What do you like best about this product?

As the person responsible for keeping track of the various projects thrown around the marketing and development departments, I find Zoho easy to use and worth the effort. Projects, milestones, due dates and priority are key. I would recommend it to anyone looking to organize multiple projects.
