About Pipeliner CRM
Pipeliner CRM is customer relationship management software designed by salespeople for salespeople. Pipeliner is based in Los Angeles, California, and Vienna, Austria, but has offices on every continent but Antarctica. The system was first released in 2009 as an on-premise only, beta edition. The SaaS (software-as-a-service) version was released in 2010, and sees multiple, significant updates each year.
Pipeliner CRM is a full-featured customer relationship management tool designed to be highly visual, easy to learn, and easy to use. It is built with the recognition that salespeople want to sell, and Pipeliner CRM enables this desire with insights and analytics to support an entrepreneurial sales mindset, rather than top-down management design that turns salespeople into data entry clerks. According to Pipeliner CRM, their product “turns CRM from a database into a nerve center tuned to the inherent entrepreneurial traits of the people who use it.”
In addition to an intuitive, sales-friendly design, Pipeliner offers pre-built integrations with a host of sales enablement tools including email and marketing automation, document management systems, and much more.
One company that benefited from implementing Pipeliner is PKSTI, the parent of three oil-and-gas industry companies, PK Industrial, PK Safety, and PK Technology.
