Best fit for SME's Sales & Marketing Needs

What do you like best about this product?

Of course best thing about it is to be completely free CRM tool. Ease of Use is another think I love at Hubspot. Structure is so clean and simple at Hubspot that you can find anything intuitively. Hubspot has a amazing brand management team. I had my Hubspot Inbound Marketing education and certification free as well.

What could be improved about this product?

Most important improvement should be made about the integrations with mainstream Marketing and Social Media tools like LinkedIn.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

We had totally no concern because their Marketing and Sales blogs are one of the best in the world. Everything was completely clear.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

Our sales process was handled via Hubspot CRM. We were collecting leads that visited our website via reverse IP tracking of “Hubspot Sales – Prospects” feature. Lastly, we bought Sidekick integrated to Hubspot and by this way, we were gaining insight on our email marketing.

How likely would you be to recommend this software to a friend or colleague?
