Zimyo delivers modules for Employee Engagement, Recruitment and Onboarding, Core HR, and Performance Management System (PMS). Employee Engagement increases action planning and productivity, while Recruitment and Onboarding simplify all employee Onboarding tasks without any threat of employee data theft. The software’s Core HR automates redundant HR tasks, and PMS aligns organizational goals with individual employee goals to boost productivity.

Performance management system

Zimyo presents a coherent PMS that focuses on employee engagement, development, and performance evaluation. Users can customize the entire performance process right from levels of approval, types of metrics used for evaluation (KPR, KRA, OKR), top-down or bottom-up goal setting, and continuous feedback. As a result, the complete performance evaluation process is personal and unique to the company.

Employee engagement

The platform offers coherent engagement solutions that establish, enhance, and refine company culture while boosting productivity.

Many companies switched to the work-from-home model or the hybrid model, which requires them to ensure constant employee engagement and motivation to work. Zimyo’s Engage modules enable organizations to recognize employees, create announcements for a clear flow of information, and build surveys and polls to be on top of how employees are feeling. Moreover, users can perform these tasks from their mobile app.

Time and attendance

Zimyo eliminates fraudulent attendance and punchings with its time and attendance module. It automates employee attendance through geofencing, web clock-in, and employee attendance tracking.
