Breakdown of core features
WithoutWire makes intake easier, supporting multiple barcodes per item. Receivers can add new incoming manufacturer barcodes while receiving from a mobile device. Supports barcode printing from our catalog of labels supplied by Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Features that optimize picking include options to auto-ship or move to packing with secondary QA check, automatically assign license plates for optimal staging, packing, shipping, and site transfer receipts, and 30 picking configurations.
WithoutWire helps streamline manufacturing by managing raw materials and products, including auto-stamping expiration dates based on finished good item shelf life settings, single scan activation of finished good creation, and simultaneous backflushing using license plates. Integrate picking to prep your manufacturing run with the right amount of inventory at the right time. View raw material needs directly from the kitting and manufacturing screen so action can be taken quickly. Manufacturing Jobs can create picks that direct staging to the appropriate manufacturing location.
Android and iOS apps are easy to install and have a minimal learning curve. Track and replenish truck inventory in real-time all in a secured communications platform using Microsoft Active Directory (AD) through field service inventory management. Using their mobile device, field service technicians keep their inventory updated so everyone in the eco-system can review their part inventory. If they need a part, warehouse operators can be notified on their device immediately for fast delivery or pick up. Once a part is in the possession of the tech, inventory is automatically tracked to that tech location. Techs can do lookups from the main screen of the app by either searching by item description, item number, or scanning an item.
